Platelet-Rich Plasma Treatments, Also know as PRP treatments

The fundamental principle behind PRP therapy is a body’s ability to heal itself with platelets and growth factors containing in blood.

Blood is drawn from client’ arm into a special vial. During PRP therapy platelets are separated from client’s blood and are contained in high concentration in the vial. This concentrated plasma also sometimes called “liquid gold” then can be used on any part of the body to promote growth, healing, rejuvenation. Platelets in concentrated plasma entering the body trigger release of growth factors form the body which are responsible for tissue healing through natural and powerful process.

PRP can be used in many therapies. The most popular PRP modalities are hair loss therapy and vampire facials.

Vampire Facial

Vampire facial is a potent combination of Microneedling and PRP therapy. Microneedling procedure is done with hyaluronic acid serum. During Vampire Facial Microneedling is done with platelet rich plasma used in the place of serum. Microneedling is know as collagen induction therapy and triggers skin rejuvenation and healing. When Microneedling is paired with PRP, healing and remodelling of skin becomes even more intense with extremely pronounced skin rejuvenation and boost collagen and elastin production along with tissue repair and vessels growth.

The result of Vampire Facial is tight younger looking skin, even in colour and texture, reduction in number of small wrinkles and lines, reduction in appearance of scars, acne scars, and stretch marks. Skin looks beautiful, radiant, and healthy. Vampire facial can be complemented with PRP injections to around the eyes areas and tear troughs to fight hyperpigmentation, dark circles, puffiness, and fine wrinkles around the eyes. PRP mesotherapy for eye rejuvenation makes skin around eyes thicker, plumper, and lighter even colour. Overall result of vampire facial is compared to facelift with no surgical intervention.

Hair Loss Treatments

When PRP is injected into scalp skin dermis the growth factor can stimulate the revival of dormant hair bulbs resulting in development of hair follicles and promote hair growth. The result pf PRP hair loss treatment is healthier hair follicles, and more hair growth in general. The results are very impressive and are the most pronounced in clients with some hair left in the treated area, and the history of hair loss in the last 5 years. Three to five treatments are recommended every 4 to 6 weeks. Then maintenance therapy is recommended every 3 to 6 months.
