Please note, we do not refund services. Esthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is nearly impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result.
Please note that we have a Zero-Tolerance policy for workplace violence or harassment which means no services are to be provided to the individuals acting aggressively, or using abusive offensive language while staying at Eclat Spa and/or interacting with Eclat Spa staff.
Please note we have a no-show fee of $50 which is due to be paid before any new appointment can be scheduled.
Please note that processing of any refunds (for unprovided services) takes up to 10 business days and there is a 5% processing fee (min. processing fee is $25).
